Maverick London - Shipping Policy

At Maverick London, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing

Order Confirmation: After placing an order with Maverick London, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include a summary of your order, including the items purchased and the estimated delivery date.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Order Modifications: Once your order is processed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you wish to make any changes, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Standard Shipping:

Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (UK orders)

Cost: £3.99 

Express Shipping:

Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (UK orders)

Cost: £4.99

 Free Shipping On Orders Over £100

Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (UK orders)

Cost: Free 

 

International Shipping (Europe & Rest of World):

Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

Cost: Varies depending on destination, calculated at checkout


3. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the UK and international destinations. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order, as we are unable to redirect or change the delivery address once the order has been processed.

Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs at checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track the progress of your order directly through the carrier’s website. If you experience any issues with tracking or have concerns about your shipment, please contact our customer service team.


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, postal strikes, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays). If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame, please reach out to us, and we will investigate the matter for you.


6. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to reship the package. If a package is returned and we do not hear from the customer within 14 days, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund for the damaged or lost item.
