Maverick London - 14-Day Returns Policy


At Maverick London, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day returns policy. Please review the details below to understand how our returns process works.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return Window: The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase.

Condition of Items: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Products must be in their original packaging, with tags still attached 

Non-Returnable Items: Some products are exempt from our return policy, including but not limited to: Sale products

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email (Admin@uk-mavericklondon.com) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return.

2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if applicable, issue a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Packaging: Ensure that the items are securely packaged for return. We encourage you to reuse the original packaging whenever possible.


3. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. If the new item is available, we will assist you with the exchange process. If the exchange involves a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the difference.


4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the return of the faulty item and offer you a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us to expedite the process.


5. Late Returns

Returns received after the 14-day return window will not be accepted, unless an extension has been agreed upon by our customer service team in exceptional circumstances.


6. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure that you follow the required customs procedures for international returns. You will be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Please note that shipping costs for international returns are also the responsibility of the customer.


7. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you are still eligible to return it within the 14-day return window. A refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method unless agreed otherwise. Please include a gift receipt or order number when initiating the return.
